Dental Insurance Information

At Audubon Dental Group, we work with most dental insurance plans and are happy to file claims on your behalf.

We accept assignment of benefits from all dental plans, whether we are considered in-network or out-of-network with your specific plan. This means that, when your plan allows, your insurance payment may be sent directly to our office and applied toward your balance.

Please note that we do Not accept Medicaid, public health plans, or government-funded dental plans.

Dental insurance is designed to help share the cost of your care, but it may not cover the full cost of treatment. Coverage varies by plan, employer, deductible, waiting periods, annual maximums, and other plan limitations.

Our team will do our best to help estimate your benefits before treatment. However, all insurance estimates are just that: estimates. Final payment amounts are determined by your insurance company after the claim is processed.
